How to Update your AIM Credentials in Cirrus

Overview


In order to use Cirrus Insight with your Gmail inbox to log email Interactions, display information from Salesforce, and sync your contacts, you will need to enter or update your credentials within Cirrus so that your data is sent to the correct instance of Salesforce.  To do this, follow the steps below.

 

Steps


  1. Click the 'settings' icon on your Cirrus Insight bar.
     
  2. Click the 'Logout' link.



     
  3. Once you've signed out, you should see the blank Cirrus Insight side bar.  Click on 'Sign In to Salesforce'.




     
  4. This will prompt the Salesforce sign-in window to appear.  Enter your new AIM credentials and click 'Log In'.



     
  5. Once you've signed in, you can navigate back to the settings section of your Cirrus Insight sidebar and confirm that you are signed in correctly.
