How to Review Company Information

Overview


The Company Information section of the Setup menu is a reference for the system administrator and most commonly used to validate the number of licenses available within the organization.
 

Steps

 
  1. In AIM, navigate to Setup > Administer > Company Profile > Company Information.




Within the Company Information screen, the following three sections are the most frequently utilized:
 
  1. Organization Detail shows the basic contact information for your instance of AIM
     
  2. The Salesforce Org ID is helpful when working with apps and troubleshooting problems
     
  3. The User Licenses section can tell you how many licenses you have available vs. how many are being utilized
