Not receiving email from ShareSecure

If an end user is not receiving email from ShareSecure, please instruct the user to whitelist the following domains:  

Your internal IT team / resources will be able to do this for you so be sure to reach out to them with the above request. 

Additionally, if the end user is not receiving the email, the organization's spam filter may be blocking any correspondence from ShareSecure.  This would also be an action requiring investigation by the IT team at the user's organization.
